Cancellation Policy
All lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. For example, a 5:30pm Wednesday lesson must be cancelled before 5:30pm Monday. Late cancellations or no-shows are still payable. Cancellations can only be made by email (riding.school@aol.com) or text (07944 727336).
Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
If you cannot provide 48 hours’ notice, please call the school on 0207 473 4951 to advise us so your allocated pony is not prepared unnecessarily.
Late cancellations or no-shows will use your deposit toward the lesson fee, and a new deposit must be paid within 72 hours. Bank details will be sent via text.
For 1 hour group lessons, if fewer than three riders attend, the lesson time is reduced as effectively, you will be on a shared private lesson, but you will only pay the original group lesson fee.
Your lesson slot remains the same each week unless you tell us otherwise. It is very important that you attend your lesson regularly. The expected attendance is at least 80% of the time. Failure to do so will mean you are removed from the lesson register and you will have to call each week to see if there is availability for you to ride. If you no longer wish to continue riding, please notify us by email or text.
By initialling your Registration Form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
